At JLM Creations, every item is made with care and attention to detail. Because our products are custom-made, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Since each item is created specifically for you, refunds or returns are only accepted if there is a clear mistake on our part ( such as an incorrect design, size, or spelling error that differs from your approved order).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a production error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We'll review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement credit when appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Once production has begun on a custom order, cancellations may not be possible. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to assist.
